摘要(Abstract):

以受轴力、剪力和弯矩共同作用的摩擦型高强螺栓群连接计算为例,建立高强螺栓连接优化设计的0-1整数规划数学模型,并用LINGO软件编程进行求解。结果表明,优化设计程序可以用于高强螺栓连接设计计算,并能一次性确定高强螺栓的规格及所需要的螺栓个数。
A mathematical model of 0-1 integer programming has been established for optimization design of high-strength bolts connection with combined action of axial force,shearing force,and bending moment.A program has been developed to solve the mathematical model problem with software LINGO.The result shows that the optimization design program can be applied to design calculation of high-strength bolts connection,and the specification and the number of required high-strength bolts can also be determined only by single-time calculation.
