砌体结构抗震加固设计案例分析

摘要(Abstract):

对砌体结构进行抗震加固时,抗震加固方案的选型非常重要。针对某砌体抗震加固工程实例,进行了板墙加固、面层加固和混合加固三种方案的分析,并对比了板墙加固和混合加固两种方案的工程量。结果表明,混合加固能将平面不规则的砌体结构改变为平面规则的结构;采用该加固方法不仅能有效减小结构偏心,同时可以满足结构抗震承载力要求,而且施工造价低。同时分析了砌体结构鉴定加固软件计算的适用性。所提出的加固设计思路对砌体结构抗震加固方案选型及计算有一定的参考价值。
When carrying out seismic strengthening of masonry structures, the selection of seismic strengthening scheme is very important. Based on an example of earthquake-resistant strengthening of a masonry, three schemes of slab wall strengthening, surface layer strengthening and mixed strengthening were analyzed, and the engineering quantities under the two schemes of slab wall strengthening and mixed strengthening were compared. The results show that the mixed strengthening can change the plane irregular masonry structure to the plane regular structure; adopting this strengthening method can not only effectively reduce the eccentricity of the structure, but also meet the requirements of the seismic capacity of the structure, and the construction cost is low. At the same time, the applicability of the identification and strengthening software calculation of the masonry structure was analyzed. The proposed strengthening design idea has certain reference value for the selection and calculation of the seismic strengthening scheme of the masonry structure.
