摘要(Abstract):

周口店遗址第一地点(猿人洞)保护建筑的主体结构为单层异形钢网壳,此结构最大斜向跨度83m,通过山顶和山脚两排铰接支座进行支撑,基础高差约33m。单层网壳杆件通过相贯焊接进行连接,相贯焊接对节点刚度的影响通过包络设计法考虑。通过风洞试验得到了风压系数及极值风压分布情况。对结构进行了静力和动力分析、抗震性能化设计、稳定性分析。分析结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范要求。对相贯节点的承载力进行了验算,结果表明,大部分节点承载能力满足要求,节点的刚性可以得到保证。单层网壳结构对基础变形非常敏感,参考大坝设计经验,选用条形抗推基础,保证了基础的刚性和受力。
The main structure of first site(ape man cave) protective building in Zhoukoudian Ruins is a single-layer special-shaped steel latticed shell with a maximum oblique span of 83 m. It is supported by hinged supports at the top and bottom of the mountain, with about 33 m height difference. The single-layer latticed shell members were connected by intersecting welding, and the influence of intersecting welding on the stiffness of the joint was considered by the envelope design method. Through wind tunnel test, the wind pressure coefficient and extreme wind pressure distribution were obtained. The static and dynamic analysis, seismic performance design and stability analysis of the structure were carried out. The analysis results show that all the structural indicators meet the specifications. The bearing capacity of the intersecting nodes was checked, and the results show that the bearing capacity of most nodes meets the requirements and the rigidity of the nodes can be guaranteed. The single-layer latticed shell structure is very sensitive to the deformation of the foundation. With reference to the design experience of the dam, the strip-shaped anti-push foundation was selected to ensure the rigidity and stress of the foundation.
