国标Q235热轧钢材防屈曲支撑抗震性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用国产Q235热轧钢材设计并制作防屈曲支撑,测试了钢材的力学性能,研究了3个钢材品种、3种截面、2种组合方式的6个防屈曲支撑试件。通过低周反复荷载加载试验,研究了防屈曲支撑的力-位移滞回曲线、割线刚度及其退化过程、等效粘滞阻尼比等抗震性能。结果表明,试件构造合理、工作可靠、抗震性能优异,Q235低碳钢热轧钢材适合于制作防屈曲支撑,其力学表现有利于今后工业产品的标准化和规格化。
With hot-rolled Q235 steel material produced in China,some specimens of buckling-restrained brace are designed and manufactured.Mechanical properties of the material are tested.Six specimens with three steel categories,three kinds of cross section shape and two kinds of composed method are tested under statically cyclic loading.Seismic performances are studied.It is proved that Q235 steel production suits making buckling-restrained braces.The BRB with the steel are reliable with good function and excellent seismic performance.The mechanical behavior of the BRB with the steel will favor industrial standardization and normalization.
