空间结构初始几何缺陷分布规律的实测数据及统计参数

摘要(Abstract):

节点位置偏差是影响大跨度空间结构整体稳定性的一个主要初始几何缺陷,但目前关于实际结构中节点位置缺陷的资料还很少。对六个试验模型和南通体育会展中心体育馆钢屋盖实际结构的节点位置偏差实测数据进行了较为系统的概率统计及假设检验分析,研究了结构初始几何缺陷随机分布规律及其统计参数。研究结果表明,异常数据的分布较为集中,与施工难度和测设条件相关;结构节点位置偏差的分布可采用正态分布假定。随机缺陷分析方法中假定结构每个节点的位置偏差符合二倍均方差范围内的正态概率密度函数是可以接受的。
The initial deviations of the joint positions are the main initial geometrical imperfections that affect the stability behaviors of the long-span spatial structures.At present,there is few data about the initial deviations of the joint positions of the actual structures.The measured data about the initial deviations of the joint positions of several experimental models and an actual structure are studied carefully by the assumption and test methods.The results indicate that the initial deviations of the joint positions match normal probability density function limited in the range of double mean variance.
