摘要(Abstract):

中铁西北科研院科技大厦是一座综合性建筑,设置裙楼四层,塔楼三座。其中两座塔楼具有多项超限。根据各项超限程度等,重点介绍了控制结构安全的一些技术措施,以期对类似工程有一定的借鉴作用。
The Science and Technology Mansion of Northwest Research Institute Co.,Ltd.of C.R.E.C.is a multi function building with a four-story podium and three tower buildings.There are over-limit configurations with two of the tower buildings.According to the high-rise structure,some technical measures to ensure the structural safety were introduced,and these measures would provide references for similar projects.
