日本钢筋混凝土多层结构抗震评估方法

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了日本既有钢筋混凝土多层结构的抗震评估方法,方法基于综合考虑结构抗震承载力和塑性变形能力的原则和理论,给出了结构楼层抗震能力评价指标,并结合实际震害分析确定了该评价指标的取值。根据结构楼层可能发生的各种破坏模式,给出了各类竖向构件抗震能力的确定方法,方法从简单计算逐级到更准确计算,形成了三级评估体系,其中的结构抗震能力评估原则、理论、结构破坏模式判别和楼层抗震能力指标的确定方法,对发展我国多层钢筋混凝土结构抗震评估和结构震害分析都具有参考意义。
The evaluation method of the seismic capacity of existing multistory RC buildings in Japan is introduced.Three levels of screening procedures are prepared in the Japanese method,and each level of screening can be used independently to evaluate the seismic capacity of each story of exiting buildings in every principal direction.Seismic safety is judged by comparing the seismic capacity index of each story with the seismic demand index.The seismic capacity index is calculated on the basis of the ultimate strength,deformability,and failure pattern of all vertical members at each story.The seismic evaluation theory,failure pattern checking and the determination of seismic capacity index are valued for developing the evaluation method of the seismic capacity of existing multistory RC buildings in China.
