昆山金鹰超高层酒店结构设计

摘要(Abstract):

昆山金鹰高层酒店结构总高度为220.8m,建筑地面以上49层,地面以下2层,结构采用框架-核心筒混合结构体系。在标高129.1m避难层处设置三道伸臂桁架及环带桁架,在标高192.1m避难层处设置二道伸臂桁架。结构存在部分薄弱层,在强烈地震作用下,结构薄弱部位会产生较大的塑性变形,采用动力弹塑性分析手段找出结构薄弱部位,对此部位采取加强或性能设计措施,确保关键构件不破坏,层间弹塑性位移角能满足规范要求。针对超限情况和结构特点,对不同的抗侧力构件提出合理的抗震性能设计目标,满足结构体系安全可行。
Kunshan Upper Room Hotel structure with a total height of 220. 8 meters,building 49 floors above ground,2 layer below the surface,structure of the frame core-tube hybrid structure. Set three outriggers and belt trusses at the elevation of 129. 1 asylum layer,set two outrigger trusses at the elevation of 192. 1 asylum layer. There is some weak layer structure,in the strong earthquake,the weak parts of structure will produce larger plastic deformation,the elastic-plastic dynamic analysis method to find out the weak parts of structure,which take the place of strengthening or performance design measures,ensure the key component does not destroy,elastic-plastic story drift angle can meet the requirements of the code. To overrun and structural characteristics,the seismic performance design objectives reasonable on lateral resistant member different,meet the structural system is safe and feasible.
