不同偏移的连接参数对STS管幕构件抗弯性能的数值分析

摘要(Abstract):

在STS(Steel Tube Slab)管幕构件室内试验的基础上,采用ABAQUS研究实际施工中STS管幕构件的受力性能。对管幕结构不同荷载阶段下的变形和应力进行分析,研究了带翼缘钢管发生左右偏移、上旋转偏移和下旋转偏移三个施工过程关键参数对STS管幕构件承载力、横向刚度以及延性的影响。结果表明:左右偏移对承载力和刚度影响不大,对延性影响较大;上旋转偏移承载力随着焊接距离增加而降低,刚度和延性影响不显著;下旋转偏移对构件承载力和刚度影响不大,对延性影响较大。
Based on the experimental results of STS specimens,the mechanical properties of STS specimens during construction were studied by ABAQUS. Deformation and stress of every load stage of steel tube slab structure were investigated,influences of three key parameters including left-right,up-rotation and down-rotation deviation on tubes during construction on mechanical properties of STS specimens were operated. The results indicate: left-right deviation has little effect on rigidity and bearing capacity of STS specimens,but has more effect on ductility; up-rotation deviation has little effect on rigidity and ductility of STS specimens,and bearing capacity gradually decreases with the increase of welding distance; down-rotation deviation has little influence on rigidity and bearing capacity of STS specimens,but has more effect on ductility.
