淄博华润中心五彩城酒店主楼超高层结构抗震设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

淄博华润中心五彩城酒店主楼结构高度172.6m,41层。酒店主楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,框架柱采用型钢混凝土,内部核心筒为钢筋混凝土,外框架与内筒之间的梁板为现浇钢筋混凝土。本文系统介绍了该工程的结构体系特点、抗震性能设计原则和方法、整体计算分析、罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析、斜柱与穿层柱的设计与计算长度系数取值以及地基基础的设计、超限设计的措施及对策。
Zibo China Resources Center colorful city main hotel building structure height of 172. 6m,41 layers. The main hotel building with cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-core barrel structure system,frame column with steel reinforced concrete cross-section,the inner core barrel is a reinforced concrete flat slab between the outer frame and the inner cylinder is reinforced concrete. This paper systematically introduces the sturcture characteristics of the building,the design principles and methods of performance-based seismic design,the overall computational analysis,elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake,the design of inclined column andwear layer column,calculation of length coefficient of the inclined column and wear layer column,foundation design and the design mothed of super high-rise structure.
