沉管灌注桩基倾斜事故的鉴定与处理

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了沉管灌注桩基不均匀沉降导致某群楼严重倾斜的事故。对在深厚淤泥上新回填较厚土层的软土地基而言,其详勘应按规范的有关要求进行。选择桩型时应注意适用条件,尽可能不用沉管灌注桩。但无论桩型如何,单桩承载力和工程桩长均应通过试桩确定,必要时,尚应验算桩基沉降变形。沉桩时应以最后贯入度控制为主,以免因短桩导致的不均匀沉降过大而造成工程事故。
For deep soft clay foundation filled up with deeper cohesive soil,its detailed investigation should meet the related requirement of code.The vibro pile should not be used in the soft clay.Whatever the pile type may be,the length and bearing capacity of single pile should be defined by static load test,and settlement of pile foundation should be checked when necessary.The pile driving should take final set as dominant control factor to avoid accident caused by short piles.
