摘要(Abstract):

清华大学光华路校区项目采用抗侧效率较高的筒中筒体系实现成本控制和建筑效果之间的平衡。根据主体结构高度较大的特点,采用性能化设计方法,按照抗震三水准原则确定相应的设防目标,采取相应的抗震措施,通过弹性、弹塑性分析和设计,使结构各项指标相对合理,证明所采取的抗震措施有效并满足规范要求。
Guanghua Road Campus building of Tsinghua University adopts the tube in tube structural system with high lateral resistance efficiency to achieve the balance between cost control and architectural effect. According to the characteristics of the main structure with high height, the performance-based design method was adopted, the corresponding fortification targets were determined according to the principle of three levels of earthquake resistance, and the corresponding seismic measures were taken. Through elastic, elastic-plastic analysis and design, all indexes of the structure were relatively reasonable, proving that the seismic measures are effective and meet the requirements of the code.
