津湾广场9号楼转换桁架结构设计
Structural design of transfer truss of No. 9 building in Jinwan Square

摘要(Abstract):

津湾广场9号楼超限高层建筑采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-矩形钢管混凝土柱钢框架结构体系。结构底部布置钢混凝土组合巨柱,在第8,58层设置转换桁架,将其上部的48根外框柱转换为下部的8根巨柱和4根角柱,且转换桁架下部还悬吊了3层外框柱。鉴于第8层的转换桁架的重要性,对转换桁架进行了性能化设计,并分析了施工分段安装顺序对转换桁架的影响。计算结果表明,转换桁架达到了预期的性能目标,施工过程中转换桁架的安装是合理、安全的。
Structural system of reinforced concrete corewall and concrete-filled steel rectangular tube frame was adopted for out-of-code high-rise No. 9 building in Jinwan Square. Steel-concrete composite huge columns were set at the structure bottom and transfer trusses were arranged on the 8th and 58 th floor. Transfer trusses convert 48 outer frame columns on its upper parts to 8 huge columns and 4 corner columns on its lower parts. Three floors of outer frame columns were hanged below the transfer truss. In consideration of the importance of the transfer truss on the 8th flow,performance-based design method was used. The influence of construction sectional installation sequence on the transfer truss was analyzed. The results show that the transfer truss can meet the expected performance objectives and construction installation is feasible and safe.
