摘要(Abstract):

柳州地王国际财富中心高303m,为钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。针对工程的特点,重点探讨了结构布置、抗震设防性能目标、计算分析等。采用人行激励时程分析验算"钢梁+组合楼板"的竖向振动。通过静力弹塑性分析找出结构的薄弱部位,并采取针对性的抗震加强措施。
The structure system of Liuzhou Diwang International Centre of Wealth is steel framework-reinforced concrete mixed structure with the height of 303m.According to characteristics of the project,the structure arrangement,anti-seismic performance targets and calculation analysis were discussed.The pedestrian inspire temporal analysis was carried out to check the vertical vibration of steel beam and combined floor.By pushover analysis,the weak position of the structure was found out,and the corresponding strengthening measures were adopted.
