整浇钢筋混凝土建筑结构抗震设计理念探究——来自台湾、阪神和阿拉斯加等地震震害的启示

摘要(Abstract):

[提要]根据国外震害调查,参考国外有关设计规范,结合实际工程弹塑性静、动力分析结果和整体结构振动台试验研究成果,针对整浇钢筋混凝土多高层建筑结构“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的三级抗震设防目标的实施,提出了比较连续一致的直接复核中、大震作用效应的抗震设计新方法。提出了结构抗震设计的新理念:竖向构件按中、大震设防,水平构件按小震设防的设防水准和避免脆性破坏实现结构延性的控制标准等。工程抗震设计实践表明,此理念与现行规范衔接,可操作性强,并为复杂超限高层建筑结构进一步进行弹塑性静、动力分析复核提供了较可靠的依据。
Based on the investigation of structural earthquake damage and destroy, through the studies of elastic-plastic static and dynamic analyses and table vibration tests of several projects, for most of cast-in-situ RC building structures, the update aseismic design philosophy to realize“no damage while mild earthquake, little damage while moderate earthquake, no collapse while severe earthquake”,is presented. Meanwhile, the new important concepts: moderate or severe earthquake action on vertical elements(column and wall) and mild earthquake action on horizontal elements (frame beam and spandrel beam) and the control standard for the minimum ductility target,are put forward. Several projects practices reveal that, this new concept and method are coordinate to GB50011—2001 & JGJ3—2002 well and easy to operate, especially for complicated high-rise building structures.It provides the realizable platform for further elastic-plastic static and dynamic analysis and evaluation.
