预应力钢绞线加固受损钢筋混凝土柱轴心受压试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过5根预应力钢绞线加固受损钢筋混凝土柱轴心受压试验,研究了受损柱在预应力钢绞线加固后的破坏特征和破坏机理,以裂缝宽度作为受损指标,对比了不同受损程度下加固柱的极限承载力和延性。试验结果表明,预应力钢绞线加固方式充分发挥了钢绞线的约束能力,极大地改善了原构件的力学性能;受损柱极限承载力得到了提高,其延性也得到了明显的改善。在分析其破坏机理的基础上,提出了预应力钢绞线加固受损钢筋混凝土柱的极限承载力计算公式,为该加固方式的应用提供了参考依据。
Through the axial compression test of five damaged reinforced concrete columns reinforced by prestressed steel strands, the damage characteristics and damage mechanism of the damaged column after reinforcement by prestressed steel strand were studied. Taking the width of crack as the damage index, the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of reinforced columns with different damage degree were compared. The experimental results show that prestressed steel strand reinforcement way fully exerts the restraining ability of the steel strand and greatly improves the mechanical properties of the original member. The ultimate bearing capacity of the damaged column is improved, and its ductility is also significantly improved. Based on the analysis of its failure mechanism, the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of damaged reinforced concrete columns reinforced by prestressed steel strands is proposed, which provides a reference for the application of this reinforcement.
