内浇外砌结构中内横墙竖向裂缝分析

摘要(Abstract):

内浇外砌结构具有较好的抗震性能 ,被广泛应用于抗震设防烈度较高的地区。对已建的这类建筑检测的结果表明 ,首层的混凝土内横墙大多出现竖向裂缝 ,它虽不对结构构成安全性问题 ,但影响了人们的正常使用。结合一具体实例 ,通过受力分析和有限元计算 ,给出了产生这种裂缝的原因 ,并建议了处理措施
The masonry structures with internal concrete casting wall have good earthquake resistance and are widely applied in the buildings locating in the earthquake zones. The examination results from such built structures reveal that the vertical crack in the internal concrete wall in the first story is a general defect, which has not influence on building safety except for its normal use. Through the finite element calculation to a practical structure, the cause resulting in this wall cracking is analyzed and the corresponding detailing is suggested.
