摘要(Abstract):

简要介绍了国外建筑规范、标准采用基于位移抗震设计的现状 ,介绍了三种分别考虑延性系数、能力谱和位移的基于位移的抗震设计方法 ,讨论了需要研究解决的若干问题
Current status of adopting displacement based seismic design in foreign building design codes and standards is briefly introduced.Three methods of displacement based seismic design are presented which separately consider the ductility factor,capacity spectrum and displacement.Some issues which need to be studied are discussed.
