珠西金融中心综合楼结构体系选型及性能分析

摘要(Abstract):

珠西金融中心创新地应用钢管柱框架-排钢管钢板核心筒体系,该体系具有承载力高、自重轻、建造速度快、节约成本等优点。对珠西金融中心进行了多遇地震分析、罕遇地震弹塑性分析、关键构件承载力验算、关键构件有限元分析等,分析结果表明:该结构总体指标满足规范限值要求,结构耗能良好、延性高、构件层次承载力满足安全性验算要求,结构满足设定性能目标要求。为钢管柱框架-排钢管钢板核心筒体系设计及推广提供工程参考。
Zhuxi Financial Center innovatively applies the steel pipe column frame-row steel pipe steel plate corewall system, which has the advantages of high bearing capacity, light weight, fast construction speed and cost saving. Analyses of the Zhuxi Financial Center were conducted including analysis under the frequent earthquake, elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake, checking calculation of bearing capacity of key components, finite element analysis on key components and so on. The analyses show that the overall index of the structure meets the specification limit value requirements. The structure has good energy consumption and high ductility. The bearing capacity in the component level meets the safety checking calculation requirements, and the structure meets the set performance target requirements. It provides engineering example references for the design and popularization of the steel pipe column frame-row steel pipe steel plate corewall system.
