苏州某地下车库上浮原因分析
Analysis of floating reason for an underground garage in Suzhou

摘要(Abstract):

苏州某单层地下车库在施工过程中,由于顶板超载堆土造成多处承重构件的承载能力极限状态及正常使用极限状态超过规范要求,后又卸载导致地下车库整体抗浮不能满足要求而上浮。本文通过对超载及卸载两种工况进行有限元分析,并将分析结果与现场检测结果进行对比,分析结果与实际情况吻合。
Due to over loading soil on top slab of underground garage during construction,the ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states of many load-bearing members is over codes requirement. Then uninstall soil cause the underground garage floating due to antifloating not enough. The finite element method is adopted for overloading and uninstall loading conditions,and compare the results with the abservation in the scene,they matched well.
