某超高层结构抗震性能设计

摘要(Abstract):

某超高层办公楼建筑高度为139.80m,属于B级高层建筑,采用框架-剪力墙结构形式。针对该工程的超限情况和结构体系,对结构构件制定一系列的抗震性能目标,同时满足安全性和经济性。根据抗震性能目标,进行多遇地震弹性计算、设防地震弹性和不屈服计算及罕遇地震下的双向Pushover分析,找到薄弱层及薄弱部位进行加强。结果表明本工程能满足拟定的抗震性能目标。
The height of a extra-high office building is 139. 80m and frame-shear-wall structure is applied. According to the overrun situation and structural system,a series of seismic performance objectives of different structure members were established to satisfy safety and economy. Based on the seismic performance goal,elastic analysis under frequent earthquake,elastic analysis and un-yield analysis of components under moderate earthquake and Pushover analysis under rare earthquake were applied to find the weak layer and weak position,and then they were strengthen. The results show that the project can meet the proposed performance objectives.
