重组竹销槽承压强度试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

对15个重组竹顺纹销槽承压试件和15个重组竹横纹销槽承压试件进行单调加载试验,采用位移控制法加载直至破坏,研究销槽的极限承压强度。试验结果表明,顺纹销槽承压试件的极限承压强度平均值为91.59MPa,呈现明显的脆性破坏特征,试件刚度较大;而横纹销槽承压试件的极限承压强度平均值为71.81MPa,其变异系数达到0.143 2,最大位移均在10mm左右,表现出较好的延性,试件刚度也明显较小。
The monotonic loading tests on 15 dowel-compression specimens of parallel bamboo strand lumber loaded parallel to grain and 15 dowel-compression specimens of parallel bamboo strand lumber loaded perpendicular to grain were carried out. Displacement control method was used to load till failure of the specimens to study the ultimate compression strength for dowel. The test results show that the average ultimate compression strength value of dowel-compression specimens loaded parallel to grain is 91. 59 MPa. The mode of brittle failure is observed and the specimen stiffness is larger. However,average ultimate compression strength value of dowel-compression specimens loaded perpendicular to grain is 71. 81 MPa with variation coefficient of 0. 143 2 and the maximum displacement about 10 mm. The specimens show signs of ductile behavior with smaller stiffness.
