大型地下停车库的抗浮设计
Design for anti-floating projects of large underground garages

摘要(Abstract):

结合北京某大型地下车库抗浮设计的工程实践,探讨了工程中常用的几种抗浮措施的特点和适应条件,并针对工程特点采取了不同的抗浮措施,取得了良好的效果。根据工程经验对其中的下沉广场部分采用了抗浮锚杆,通过现场验收抗拔试验,实测锚杆的抗浮承载力满足规范和设计要求,验证了所采取的单根锚杆抗浮承载力的合理性,为类似工程采用锚杆抗浮提供了依据,实践表明作用于地下室的净水浮力较大时采用锚杆抗浮将是一项比较经济合理的措施。
With a large anti-floating design project of a underground garage in Beijing,the characteristics of the common anti-floating technology are analyzed,and the proper measures of anti-floating are adopted for the project.Through the test study in site,it was found that the actual value of ultimate bearing capacity of the anti-floating anchor is more than the design value and it provides a reasonable basis for this type of anti-floating design.The practical project shows that it is very economical and reasonable that anchors are used to solve the anti-floating problem of large underground garage when the buoyancy is large on it.
