超高层混合结构竖向变形分析及补偿

摘要(Abstract):

采用B3模型分析了超高层混合结构竖向构件压缩变形、结构变形补偿、构件差异变形及伸臂合拢时间对伸臂内力的影响。研究结果表明:楼板施工前变形可通过控制设计标高得到补偿,而楼板施工后变形要由B3模型计算分析得到,然后进行预补偿;补偿周期较短时,楼板施工后变形最大值出现在中间某层,随着补偿周期的增加,最大值出现楼层呈上移趋势;不同的施工方法,施工验收时的标高误差区别较大,采用设计标高+标高补偿值的施工方法可使标高误差最小;通过混凝土部分的标高补偿和钢构件部分的长度预调整,结构在补偿周期时达到设计标高;标高补偿值具有时变性,补偿周期时标高补偿值为零;伸臂连接时间越迟对伸臂受力越有利。
B3 model was adopted to analyze compression deformation of vertical members,the deformation compensation of the super high-rise composite building,and the influence of differential deformation between the super column and the core-wall as well as the lock-in time of the outriggers on internal forces of the outriggers.The results show that shortening up to casting of solution-floor level can be compensated by the controlling of design elevation and the shortening subsequent to casting of solution-floor level need to be pre-compensated by the calculation of B3 model.The maximum shortening subsequent to casting floor occurs in some middle floors when the compensation period is short,and the maximum shortening has a tendency to move the top floor with the compensation period increasing.The elevation differences are huge with different construction methods when the construction inspection,and the method of the design elevation plus the compensation is much better and can be adopted to reduce the difference.The vertical members can reach the design elevation through the elevation compensation of concrete part and the length pre-adjustment of the steel part.The elevation compensation is time varying and its value returns to zero in compensation period.The later lock-in time of the outrigger is,the much more advantageous the forces of the outrigger have.
