基于不同试验方法的高强等边角钢稳定性研究

摘要(Abstract):

在单根构件和子结构承载力试验基础上,分析对比了Q460等边角钢的破坏模式、稳定承载力、端部约束影响等。研究表明:子结构承载力试验能真实反映构件在结构中的受力性能和实际约束条件,子结构承载力试验值略高于单根构件试验值,可作为检验、校核构件承载力的依据;按《美国输电铁塔设计导则》(ASCE 10—97)计算的承载力理论值偏低,其构件稳定系数有待修正。研究为Q460高强角钢的规范制订和工程应用提供了合理依据。
Based on the single component and substructure bearing capacity tests,the failure mode,stability bearing capacity and end constraint influence of Q460 high strength equal angle steel were compared.The results show that the test of substructure can truly reflect the mechanical behaviors and actual constraints of the structural components.The substructure test value,which a little larger than single component test,can be the basis for checking the bearing capacity of structural components.The calculated theoretical value according to the ASCE 10—97 is a little small,so the stability coefficient of the component needs to be amended.The research provides the reasonable basis for amending the specification and engineering practice of Q460 high strength angle steels.
