长沙某框架核心筒超高层建筑结构设计

摘要(Abstract):

长沙某高度为222.00 m超限高层建筑,结构形式采用框架-核心筒结构体系,为超B级高度建筑,存在扭转不规则与穿层柱两项不规则情况。采用YJK和MIDASBuilding两种有限元分析软件进行结构整体对比计算与弹性时程分析,并利用MIDAS软件对其进行弹塑性时程分析,通过结构计算结果分析设计,提出相应的结构布置方式与加强措施,确保该结构能满足抗震性能目标C的要求,为类似的工程项目提供了一定的设计参考。
An over-limit high-rise building with a height of 222.00 m in Changsha, with a frame-core tube structure, is a B-level building. It exists two irregularities: torsion irregularity and cross-story column irregularity. Two kinds of finite element analysis software, YJK and MIDAS Building, were used for overall comparative calculation and elastic time history analysis of the structure, and MIDAS software was used for elastoplastic time history analysis, through the structure calculation result analysis design, the corresponding structural arrangement and strengthening measures are put forward to ensure that the structure can meet the requirements of seismic performance target C, which provides some design references for similar engineering projects.
