钢管混凝土柱与钢筋混凝土梁不穿心节点抗震性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了掌握钢管混凝土柱和钢筋混凝土梁不穿心节点的抗震性能,进行了8个试件在恒定轴力和水平反复荷载作用下的试验研究。主要考察了不穿心节点梁的纵向钢筋与钢管柱环板所采用的焊接和搭接两种连接方式、牛腿长度等参数对抗震性能的影响。试验结果表明:钢筋焊接与搭接两种连接方式的节点滞回曲线均较为饱满,延性系数均能满足抗震设计要求,但焊接节点比搭接节点具有更高的承载力,且刚度退化不明显。搭接节点由于混凝土较早开裂和损伤,其"小震不坏,中震可修"的抗震性能较难满足,尚需进一步深入研究。焊接节点整体抗震性能优于搭接节点。牛腿长度对节点延性和承载力影响很小。根据试验结果提出了设计建议。
In order to realize the seismic behavior of non-through-core joints of concrete beams and concrete filled CHS columns,eight test specimens were experimentally studied under constant axial load and cyclically lateral load.It is considered as experimental parameters that two methods-welded joint and overlap joint for jointing reinforcement to horizontal circular steel plate on the outside of concrete filled CHS columns,the length of steel corbel.The test results show that the lateral load(P) versus lateral displacement(Δ) hysteretic curves of welded joints and overlap joints are plump shuttle shape,the ductility of displacement of them can meet the requirements of seismic design,but the welded joints have higher lateral ultimate strength than the overlap joints,and their strength and stiffness degradation are no obvious.The behavior of overlap joints can hardly meet the seismic design procedure of 'the structure can sustain a minor earthquake without any damage,a moderate earthquake with repairable structure damage'.The welded joints have a better seismic behavior than the overlap joints. The length of steel corbel has hardly effect on the strength and stiffness of joints.Based on the experimental research,the design proposals are provided.
