某工程大面积地下室与多高层主楼连成一体的地基基础设计及沉降控制

摘要(Abstract):

本文以某高层项目为工程实例,该项目地上部分由A座24层写字楼、B座11层写字楼、C座4层商业裙房三部分组成,地下3层,地下部分连成一体。地基基础设计时,沉降差异控制是本工程需要解决的重要问题。本文介绍了地基处理方案、基础形式、沉降分析方法,以及沉降观测结果。以最经济的方式达到控制各主楼之间,及主楼与纯地下室之间的沉降差异,并取得良好效果。
A high-rise project as a case was introduced. The project comprise A tower B tower,C tower and 3 floors underground. The scheme of foundation treatment,base form,settlement analysis method,and the settlement observation results were introduced. In the most economical way to achieve control of the main building,settlement and the differences between building and the pure basement,achieved good results..
