关于钢管结构中合理选材的探讨

摘要(Abstract):

对目前钢管结构设计中合理选用钢管材料的一些问题进行了分析与评述。包括对钢管标准与设计规范有关规定的理解和应用,对不同类别钢管性能特点的比较分析,不同成型工艺对钢管性能影响及冷作硬化与残余应力影响的分析等。对工程中合理选用钢管材料提出了建议。
Some issues on reasonable selection of materials for the structure with steel hollow section were analyzed and commented,involving the understanding and application on relevant regulations of steel tube standards and design specifications,comparatively analysis of the performance of various steel tubes,influence of different forming technologies on steel tube performance,and effect of cold-work hardening on tube materials,as well as the analysis of residual stress,etc.Some design suggestions on reasonable selection of steel tube materials in the engineering are proposed.
