预制立群混凝土空心墙板轴心受压性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

预制空心墙板内部设置竖向孔洞,并在混凝土内配置一定数量的纵向钢筋和水平钢筋。在传统圆形空心截面形式的基础上,提出了新型立群混凝土截面形式。设计、制作了2组采用立群混凝土截面的足尺预制空心墙板试件,通过单调施加轴向荷载来研究其轴心受压性能。试验结果表明:高厚比为12.5的预制立群混凝土空心墙板试件其破坏形态为失稳破坏,破坏时平面外位移较大、墙体高度中部混凝土崩溅、钢筋裸露;高厚比为6.25的预制立群混凝土空心墙板试件其破坏形态为截面受压破坏,破坏时平面外位移小,不会发生失稳。预制立群混凝土空心墙板轴心受压承载力很高,可高达6000kN左右。对试验结果进行分析,参考混凝土结构设计规范中的正截面受压承载力公式和小偏心受压承载力公式所得计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
Vertical holes are set inside the prefabricated hollow wall panels, and a certain number of longitudinal steel bars and horizontal steel bars are arranged in the concrete. On the basis of the traditional circular hollow section form, a new type of standing group concrete section form is proposed. Two sets of full-scale prefabricated hollow wall panels with concrete cross-sections were designed and produced, and the axial compression performance was studied by monotonically applying axial loads. The test results show that the failure mode of the precast concrete hollow wall slab with a height-to-thickness ratio of 12.5 is instability failure, with large out-of-plane displacement during failure, splashing of concrete in the middle of the wall, and bare steel bars; the height-to-thickness ratio is The failure mode of the 6.25 precast concrete hollow wall panel specimen is that the cross section is damaged under pressure, and the out-of-plane displacement is small during failure, and no instability will occur. The axial compressive bearing capacity of prefabricated concrete hollow wall panels is very high, up to about 6000 k N. The test results are analyzed, and the calculation results obtained by referring to the formula of the normal section compressive bearing capacity and the small eccentric compressive bearing capacity formula in the design code of concrete structures are in good agreement with the test results.
