地下车库无梁楼盖设计常见问题讨论
Discussion on common problems for flat-plate floor design of underground garage

摘要(Abstract):

工程设计中地下车库的顶板常被设计为无梁楼盖体系,在设计时常遇到如下问题:如何合理确定框架柱抗震等级、轴压比限值,如何合理选取无梁楼盖弯矩、配筋计算参数,如何考虑活荷载不利布置,如何确定无梁楼盖配筋构造,规范中防脱落验算方法如何应用,结合某实际工程,对以上问题进行了讨论分析,并给出相应的设计建议。
The top floor of underground garage is often designed as flat-plate floor system. Some problems are often encountered in design such as the determination of reasonable seismic grade and compression ratio limited value of frame columns,the selection of bending moment and reinforcement calculation parameters of the floor,the consideration of adverse arrangement of live load,the determination of reinforcement details for the floor and the application of the checking method of anti-shedding in the code. Based on the practical engineering,the above problems were discussed and the corresponding design suggestions were given.
