深圳某框支转换结构抗震性能设计

摘要(Abstract):

深圳某高层住宅,结构高度为99.7m,采用部分框支剪力墙结构体系,属平面和竖向均不规则的超限结构。根据结构特点设置各类构件的性能目标,通过中小震设计和大震复核的思路,尤其是楼板性能化设计,结果表明工程能满足拟定的性能目标。
A partial frame-supported shear wall system is adopted in a residential high-rise building with a structural height of 99.7m,which is irregular in the planar and vertical direction.Performance objectives of various components were set up according to structural characteristics.Based on the idea of frequent and medium earthquake design and rare earthquake check,especially on performance-based design on the floor.The results show that the project can meet the proposed performance objectives.
