生土基块材砌筑泥浆力学性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究稻草和生石灰对生土基块材砌筑泥浆力学性能的影响,采用单轴抗压试验和双剪试验对7种不同配合比的泥浆试件进行测试。分别从试件破坏形态、抗压强度、抗剪强度及峰值变形等方面研究稻草和生石灰掺量变化对砌筑泥浆抗压性能、抗剪性能及粘结性能的影响。结果表明:随着生石灰掺量的增多,泥浆的抗压强度及抗剪强度均有不同程度的降低,且抗压试件及抗剪试件的峰值位移均有所减小;随着稻草掺量的增多,泥浆的抗压强度虽有减小,但抗剪强度逐渐提高,且稻草提高泥浆韧性,抑制砌体横向变形,可提高砌体的抗剪强度及变形能力。
In order to study the effects of straw and quicklime on the mechanical properties of masonry mortar of raw-soil blocks, mortar specimens with seven different proportions were tested in uniaxial compression tests and double shear tests. The effects of changes in straw and quicklime on the compressive properties, shear properties and bonding properties of mortar were studied from the aspects of failure mode, compressive strength, shear strength and peak deformation. The results show that with the increase of the amount of quicklime, the compressive strength and shear strength of the mortar are reduced to some extent, and the peak displacements of the compression specimen and the shear specimen are reduced. As the amount of straw increases, the compressive strength of the mortar decreases, but the shear strength gradually increases. Moreover, straw improves the mortar toughness, inhibits the lateral deformation of masonry, and can improve the shear strength and deformation capacity of masonry.
