明城国际大厦超高层建筑抗震性能设计

摘要(Abstract):

明城国际大厦为一栋超高层写字楼,建筑高度168.8m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,属于《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ3—2010)规定的B类高层建筑。主要介绍了名城国际大厦的工程特点和结构设计情况,以及项目设计中所采取的基于性能的抗震设计方法,使用多种软件对结构进行线性及非线性分析。结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到设计的预期性能目标,满足规范要求。
Mingcheng International Building is a super high-rise office building with a height of 168.8 m. It adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system and belongs to class B high-rise building according to Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3—2010). The engineering characteristics and structural design of Mingcheng International Building and the performance-based seismic design method adopted in the project design were mainly introduceed. The linear and non-linear analysis of the structure was carried out by using many kinds of software. The results show that the working state and performance of the structure can meet the expected performance target of the design and meet the requirements of codes.
