某办公楼超限高层结构设计
Structural design on an out-of-code high-rise office building

摘要(Abstract):

某办公楼为超B级高度的超限高层建筑,采用剪力墙结构体系。通过在基础选型、结构布置、抗震性能设计等进行计算、分析和研究,对整体结构体系及结构布置进行优化,使之具有良好的抗震性能。结果表明,结构的各项设计指标均满足规范要求。采用性能优化设计,保证了结构在小震下处于弹性阶段,和中震、大震作用下的性能要求。通过概念设计及计算结果,对关键构件进行了适当加强,保证了结构的安全性和经济性。
An office building is an out-of-code high-rise building, which is a super-B height shear wall structure. Through the calculation, analysis and study of the foundation selection, structure arrangement, and performance-based seismic design, the overall structure system and structure arrangement were optimized to make it have good seismic performance. The results show that all the design indexes of the structure meet the requirements of the specification. The performance optimization design was adopted to ensure that the structure is in the elastic phase under small earthquakes, and the performance requirements under medium earthquakes and large earthquakes. Through the conceptual design and calculation results, the key components are properly strengthened to ensure the security and economy of the structure.
