水泥基复合材料的研究现状及其在动态冲击领域的应用

摘要(Abstract):

首先介绍了水泥基复合材料(Engineered Cementitious Composite,ECC)在国内外的研究现状,并介绍了该种材料在静载作用下的抗拉、抗压、抗弯及抗剪性能。鉴于ECC材料在静力条件下具有高韧性、多缝开裂且延性破坏的特性,可推广应用于动载条件下。还介绍了ECC材料在不同应变率作用下的动态力学性能,探讨了不同纤维材料对其动态力学性能的影响。最后讨论了现阶段ECC材料在动态加载条件下所面临的一些问题,并提出未来的研究方向。
Firstly,the concept of engineered cementitious composites( ECC) was introduced, and then its static mechanical properties under tensile,compressive,flexural and shear load were discussed. Since the ECC shows the favorable characteristics of high toughness,multi-point micro-cracking and ductile failure under static loading,the ECC were proposed to be used as the protective material for impact loading. Hence,the dynamic mechanical characteristics of ECC under impact loading with different strain rates were presented and evaluated. Furthermore,the impact of type of fiber on dynamic mechanical characteristics of ECC was discussed. Finally,some drawbacks existing in the research of ECC under impact loading were analyzed,and future research was proposed.
