某工程地下车库无梁楼盖顶板裂缝分析

摘要(Abstract):

某工程地下车库结构超长,地下室底板及顶板均为无梁结构,现场采取分期施工的方式。施工期间地下室顶板及底板出现不同程度的开裂现象,并随着时间的推移裂缝开展呈扩大趋势。详细介绍了的裂缝的产生、扩展过程,裂缝产生的原因分析及后续的处理措施,可供类似工程参考。
The underground garage of a certain project has an ultra-long structure, and the basement floor and roof are both beam-free structures. The site is constructed by stages. During the construction period, the roof and floor of the basement appeared cracks in different degrees, and the cracks developed with the passage of time showed an expanding trend. The generation and expansion process of cracks, the cause analysis of cracks and the subsequent treatment measures were introduced in detail, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
