钢筋-砂浆面层交叉条带加固砌体墙变形能力及耗能影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

为探讨钢筋-砂浆面层交叉条带法加固砌体结构的延性影响及刚度特性,设计和制作了3片未加固墙与9片加固墙的拟静力试验,从延性、刚度退化和耗能能力等方面研究分析交叉条带加固法对砌体墙变形能力与耗能能力的影响。首先采用峰值延性系数指标,量化了交叉条带法对砌体墙的延性的提高程度;其次根据墙体的荷载-位移关系曲线分析得出各试件的刚度退化规律,并结合简化的受力模型,推出了加固后试件的弹性侧移刚度理论计算公式,与试验值对比结果拟合较好;最后,从耗能能力方面评价了交叉条带法在地震荷载作用下的效果。试验结果分析表明,墙体砌筑砂浆、加固面层砂浆越强,竖向压应力越大,高宽比越小,墙体延性越好。单面加固使延性系数平均提升1.8倍,双面加固提升为3.69倍,且加固钢筋配筋率缩减的影响大于条带砂浆强度的影响。
In order to discuss the ductility effect and stiffness characteristics of masonry wall strengthened by the reinforced mortar cross strips method, a pseudo-static test of 3 masonry walls and 9 strengthened walls was designed and manufactured. Research on the influence of reinforced mortar cross strips method on the deformation capacity and energy dissipation of masonry walls. Firstly, the peak ductility coefficient index was used to quantify the improvement of the ductility of the strengthened masonry wall. Secondly, the stiffness degradation law of each specimen was obtained based on the analysis of the load-displacement curve of the wall. Combining with the simplified stress model, the theoretical formula for calculating the elastic lateral stiffness of the reinforced specimens is derived, which fits well with the experiment results. At last, in terms of energy dissipation to evaluate the effect of reinforced mortar cross strips strengthen masonry wall under the earthquake load. The analysis of the test results shows that the stronger the masonry mortar and reinforced surface mortar, the greater the vertical compressive stress, the smaller the height-to-width ratio cause the better performance of the ductility. The single-sided reinforcement increases the ductility coefficient index by an average of 1.8 times, on both sides the number becomes 3.69 times, and the retrofitting reinforcement ratio causes a better impact than retrofitting mortar strips.
