夯土墙抗剪性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

目前我国西部农村地区仍存在大量夯土建筑。夯土墙施工时一般采用分层夯实,故导致土层分层处存在薄弱层,由于薄弱层的存在,使得夯土结构抗震性能变得较差。针对夯土墙这一缺陷,提出在夯土分层处增加销键和施加正应力以改善其抗剪性能。为验证所提出加固措施的可行性,制作了8组共48个试件,参照砌体剪切试验方法进行试验,研究不同构造措施夯土墙在剪切荷载作用下的破坏过程、破坏形态,通过对荷载-位移曲线的分析得出不同类型销键及正应力对夯土墙抗剪强度的影响。结果表明,通过增加销键和正应力,改善夯土墙的脆性破坏,可显著提高其抗剪强度。同时根据压剪试验结果得出夯土墙的抗剪强度与垂直压力的关系。研究结果可为夯土墙农房建造技术优化提供参考依据。
At present, there are still a large number of rammed earth buildings in the western rural areas of China. Layered compaction is commonly used in the construction of rammed earth walls, which results in weak layers in the layered soil layer. Because of the existence of weak layers, the seismic performance of rammed earth structures becomes poor. In view of the defect of rammed earth wall, it was proposed to increase pin keys and apply normal stress at rammed soil layers to improve its shear performance. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed reinforcement measures, eight groups of 48 specimens were made. Referring to the masonry shear test method, the failure process and failure mode of rammed earth walls with different structural measures under shear loads were studied, through the analysis of load-displacement curves, the effects of different pins and normal stresses on the shear strength of rammed earth walls were obtained. The results show that the shear strength of rammed earth wall can be significantly improved by increasing pin keys and normal stress to improve the brittle failure of rammed earth wall. At the same time, the relationship between shear strength and vertical pressure of rammed earth wall is obtained according to the compression-shear test results. The research results can provide reference for the optimization of construction technology of rammed earth wall farmhouse.
