泡沫微晶玻璃砖砌体抗剪强度试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究泡沫微晶玻璃砖砌体的抗剪性能,依据《砌体基本力学性能试验方法标准》(GB/T 2542—2011)的方法步骤对四组抗剪试件进行了沿通缝截面的抗剪强度试验。通过对试验结果的分析,提出了泡沫微晶玻璃砖砌体抗剪强度的计算公式。由此计算公式计算的抗剪强度计算值与试验值吻合较好,泡沫微晶玻璃砖砌体的抗剪强度与蒸压灰砂砖砌体的抗剪强度相当,可在工程中推广应用。
In order to investigate the shear properties of foam microcrystalline glass brick masonrys,the shear strength experiment with four groups of shear specimens was carried out,according to methods and steps in Standard for test methods of basic mechanical properties of masonry( GB/T 2542—2011). Through analysis on experiment results,the calculation formula of shear strength of foam microcrystalline glass brick masonry was put forward. The calculated values of shear strength according to the proposed formula were in good agreement with the experimental data. Shear strength of foam microcrystalline glass brick masonry nearly equaled to that of autoclaved sand-lime brick masonry,and it could be widely applied in engineering.
