长沙某超限高层结构抗震设计与分析

摘要(Abstract):

长沙某项目2#栋住宅为剪力墙结构体系,结构高度149.7m,位于6度区,为B级高度的超限高层建筑,存在两项Ⅰ类不规则。针对项目工程特点及超限情况,选定结构抗震性能目标为C级,采用YJK、Midas Building及SAUSAGE对结构分别进行了小震反应谱分析、弹性时程分析、中震性能分析、大震动力弹塑性分析;验算了结构或结构构件在各级地震水准下,满足性能目标C所对应的性能水准的要求。根据分析结果提出了相应的超限应对措施。分析结果表明,本工程所采用的结构体系抗震性能较好,能够满足既定性能目标C的抗震设防要求,可为类似工程项目提供设计参考。
Shear wall structure was adopted for the No.2 Building of a project in Changsha, which is 149.7 m high(belongs to B grade of super height building) and locates in the 6-degree seismic zone. There are two irregularities in the No.2 Building. The targeted aseismic performance of level C was adopted based on the engineering characteristics and overrun situation. Using YJK, Midas Building and SAUSAGE, the aseismic behavior under minor, moderate and rare earthquake were analysed; it was then checked and calculated the requirements that the structure meets the aseismic performance of level C, and the corresponding measures for overrun were subsequently proposed. The analysis results show that the structural system adopted in this project exhibits a good seismic performance and can meet the aseismic requirements of the established performance of level C. It can also provide design references for the similar projects.
