中华城A栋超限高层结构设计
Structure design of an out-of-codes high-rise building in Chinese City

摘要(Abstract):

中华城A栋为一栋涉及多种业态的超高层建筑,复杂的建筑功能导致建筑结构多项规则性指标超限,设计针对建筑结构的超限情况采取相应处理措施,较好地解决建筑功能与结构规则性之间的矛盾。采用基于性能的设计方法进行超限高层的抗震设计,实现"小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒"三水准抗震设防目标。
The building A in Chinese City project is an out-of-codes high-rise building with a variety of formats,and the complex architectural function leads to a number of structural regularity indexes out-of-codes.According to this situation,reasonable treatment measures were taken during structure design,and the contradiction between architectural function and structural indexes was solved.Performance-based design method was used in structural seismic design of the building A.The results show that the structure system can meet the requirements of no-damage under light earthquake,repairable under medium earthquake,and no-collapse under strong earthquake.
