摘要(Abstract):

上海华润中央公园主楼为高99.9m的超限高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构体系。本文介绍了该结构的主要特点和结构分析与设计的有关内容,包括基础设计、结构体系与布置、结构弹性分析、弹塑性分析、构造措施等内容。结构分析表明,该结构可以达到规范要求的抗震性能目标。
A concrete shear wall structure system is applied in Shanghai Huarun Central Park,which is an ultra limited building with the height of 99.9 meters.The main characteristic of the structure,structural analysis and relevant details of design are introduced,including the foundation design,structural system and arrangement,elastic analysis,elastic-plastic analysis,detailed measures and so on.Structural analysis shows that the prospective performance objectives of earthquake-resistance can be achieved.
