上海某信息中心大楼大底盘多塔结构抗震设计

摘要(Abstract):

上海某信息中心包括单证中心大楼和研修院大楼,两栋楼建于一个两层的整体地下室之上。由于建筑功能要求,使得单证中心和研修院裙房以地下1层为嵌固端,而研修院主楼以地下室顶板作为嵌固端,形成大底盘地下室多塔楼复杂超限结构体系。对于如此复杂的结构特点以及超限情况,结构设计对此采取针对性的结构抗震措施和分析方法,以丰富大底盘多塔楼复杂超限项目结构抗震设计的应用和实践。
An information center building in Shanghai consists of a document center and a research institute. The two buildings are built on a two-story basement. Due to the architectural functional requirements, the document center and the podium of research institute take the B1 floor as the fixed end, while the main building of the research institute takes the basement roof as the fixed end, forming a complex over-limit structural system of multi-tower structure with large podium basement. Based on the structural characteristics of and the over-limit situation, this paper puts forward the corresponding seismic measures and structural calculation and analysis methods for the over-limit design, in order to enrich the application and practice of seismic design for the complex over-limit project of multi-tower structures with large podium.
