上海地区某加层建筑地基不均匀沉降原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

20世纪90年代上海某医院建筑加层扩建项目,主体加层扩建完成后装修过程中发生了较为严重的不均匀沉降,最后采取锚杆静压桩对建筑物进行了纠偏加固,并取得了比较好的效果。首先进行了高水位和低水位两种不同情况下地基承载力验算,高水位考虑水浮力的有利影响,证明地基承载力可以满足加层扩建项目,原有建筑物已经使用了近二十年,沉降基本完成,通过计算加层后最终沉降与原有建筑物最终沉降的差值,得出加层后最终沉降估算加层后新产生的最终沉降,并收集一些类似工程实际测量沉降数据,证明规范所用沉降计算结果和实际较为接近。由此得出结论,本加层扩建工程不均匀沉降是设计单位轻信地勘单位经验,未验算地基变形所致。
In the 1990 s,the building and expansion project of a hospital building in Shanghai had a serious uneven settlement in the decoration process after the expansion of the main body. Finally,the anchor static pressure pile was adopted to reinforce the building and achieved good results. Firstly,the foundation bearing capacity calculation under the water level of high and low level of two different cases were carried out,high water level considering the beneficial effects of water buoyancy,prove the foundation bearing capacity can satisfy layer and expansion projects,the original buildings have been used for nearly 20 years,its settlement was basically completed. By calculating the difference between the final settlement after adding layer and the final settlement of the original building,the new final settlement after adding layer was obtained. And some similar project actual measured settlement data was collected,it shows that the settlement calculation results used by the codes are more close to actual results. Therefore,it is concluded that the inhomogeneous settlement of the expansion project is the experience of the design unit,which does not check the foundation deformation.
