昆明同德广场超高层办公楼抗震设计
Seismic design of super-tall office building of Tongde Plaza in Kunming

摘要(Abstract):

昆明市同德广场办公楼为采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系的新建超高层建筑,属8度区超B级高度一般不规则的超限高层建筑。介绍了结构的超限设计,包括弹性计算、弹性时程分析和动力弹塑性计算等内容,并着重介绍了结构选型。分析结果表明,工程虽然属于高烈度区的超高层建筑,但是通过细致的分析及合理的结构布置,能实现使用普通的结构形式来满足设计所定的抗震设防目标的要求。
Tongde Plaza office building in Kunming,which is a newly-built super-tall building adopting structural system of RC frame-core wall,is an irregular out-of-code super-tall building with exceeding B-level height requirement of the code in8 seismic intensity zone. Out-of-code designs of the structure were introduced,including elastic calculation,elastic timehistory analysis,dynamic elastic-plastic analysis,and structural system selection was introduced emphatically. Analyses results show that although the super-tall building locates in the high seismic intensity zone,but the structure can achieve the goal of seismic fortification design with normal structural systems through careful analyses and reasonable structure arrangemens.
