摘要(Abstract):

对分层装配式支撑钢结构工业化建筑梁贯通式节点进行了研制改进和性能试验,考察了构造形式和柱轴压力对节点刚度和承载力的影响。试验研究表明,节点失效模式主要表现为梁翼缘发生过大塑形变形和方管柱截面鼓曲,且与节点局部构造和柱轴压力大小有密切关系。所有试件均具有一定的抗弯刚度和承载力,以及较好的延性性能,能够保证柱子在大变形条件下承担一定比例的水平地震力。
Beam through connections were improved and experimentally studied in order to be used in the floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures for prefabricated buildings.The effects of connection details and the axial compression in the column on the rigidity and strength of the connections were investigated.Test results show that the failure modes of the joints significantly depend on the connection details and axial compression in the column,demonstrating excessive plastic deformation of beam flanges or plastic local buckling of tube column.All the joints are found to have certain bending rigidity and moment resistance with favorable ductility,which can ensure that the columns participate in resisting horizontal seismic force under the conditions of large story drift.
