济南某试验楼结构抗震超限设计

摘要(Abstract):

济南某试验楼为多项不规则的超限高层建筑,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,介绍了其工程特点和结构超限情况,针对结构多项超限问题,从结构整体和构件层次方面提出了性能化设计的控制指标,采取了合理布置剪力墙调整结构刚度、开洞部位周边楼板加强、结构悬挑部位增设斜支撑等措施,通过对结构进行罕遇地震下的弹塑性分析,表明能够实现预定的抗震性能目标,满足三水准抗震设防要求。
An office building in Jinan project is a high-rise building beyond the design limits with multi-asymmetries and is designed with frame-shear wall structural system.Its engineering characteristics and issues beyond the design code limits were introduced,and the controlling index on the optimal performance design for both global structure and components was proposed.The arrangement of shear walls was optimized,the slab reinforcement was strengthened,bracing at the end of the cantilever beam was added.Based on the structural dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes,the optimal design shows that the building can satisfy the performance-based design requirements under seismic loadings.
