以住宅小区为例的基桩几何可靠性评估实践

摘要(Abstract):

由于基桩周围土体空间变异性等因素的影响,静载测试得到的多条荷载-位移曲线表现出一定的离散性。若采用两个参数的幂函数进行曲线回归,则曲线间的离散性将化引为回归参数的不确定性。这些回归参数可视作随机变量,进而构建它们的二元联合分布函数,用于基桩承载力的可靠性评估。这里采用几何可靠性算法对基桩正常使用极限状态进行分析,特别地,针对同一场地(住宅社区)下各个单体建筑物的基桩检测成果,分别求出每栋建筑物下基桩的几何可靠指标。结合广西平顺里小区16栋单体建筑物的基桩检测数据,探讨了可靠指标的空间分布规律,该评估实践可为同类工程的安全评价提供借鉴。
Due to the influence of factors such as the spatial variability of the soil around the foundation pile, the multiple load-displacement curves obtained by a static load test demonstrate a certain degree of dispersion. If each of these curves is fitted by a two parametric power law function through a regression analysis, the dispersion between the curves will be transformed into the scatter of their regression parameters. These regression parameters are regarded as random variables,and a bivariate joint distribution function of them is constructed for a reliability evaluation of the bearing capacity of the foundation pile. In this study, the geometric reliability algorithm is used to analyze the serviceability limit state of the foundation piles, especially for the testing data of each individual building at the same site, and the geometric reliability index of the foundation piles under each building is achieved. The spatial distribution of reliability indexes is discussed by analyzing the testing data of the foundation piles for group buildings(composed by 16 individual ones) in Pingshunli community of Guangxi. Such a successful implementation of geometric reliability analysis into practice can offer a reference for a safety evaluation of similar projects.
